On September 11, 2024, I was approached by a representative of PSS Medi Supplies to work on a packaging design for their product, EPS Moist Plus. Initially, the project was limited to packaging design. However, additional services such as two brand identities, creative assets, and packaging were later requested.
The project scope expanded further to include the development of two websites: a 7-page brand website and a semi-eCommerce model for pssmedisupplies.co.uk. Despite the short timelines, the work was delivered with high quality.
During the project, PSS Medi Supplies failed to communicate business issues, leading to non-payment of ₹76,000 for the work delivered. They also ignored emails and calls, made false accusations, and demanded unreasonable changes to the project scope.
This report is a caution to others who may consider working with PSS Medi Supplies or their product, EPS Moist Plus. I demand immediate payment of ₹76,000 to resolve this issue, failing which legal action will be pursued.
